It's no secret that Alexei fennec is a technical genius. His speciality are drones but he can as well create many various gadgets and equipment elements for soldiers. Now he is currently in the process of developing an advanced scanner for soldiers (yes- he based it on the scouter from Dragon Ball series xp)- it provides instant orientation on the battlefield, additional data, detects enemy units and has a accurate zoom.
