End-of-the-world Warrior
After the terrible end-of-the-world apocalypse caused by the most dastardly of supervillains (who? ... why, Turbo of course!) many of the survivors had to continue on and live on what means they could find.
At least this fine gentileman scraped together his findings to assemble his protective wear. I think his best find was the box of band-aids that made it though the destruction. He'll need those.
He doesn't know the one he seeks to punish for the destruction of all he knew is really the cutest of cute puppies, how would he know?
