So here's something that's been on my mind lately: fingers.
Emmet is always depicted with five, since he's a "tool user" and wombats have five well-defined digits. Some artists like to draw four-fingered anthros, however, and I've considered having a four-fingered Emmet be a signifier that we're in the cartoonyverse and not the one with Victor (who ironically has four fingers).
This is an all-purpose Emmet, though, so he's got the full compliment. Telegram sticker by

No excusing necessary! That did bring it to mind, but the fingers issue has been lingering ever since the beginning.
I keep resisting the urge to perpetually redesign Emmet. I've never been 100% happy with him, in part because he's a fursona who resists embodiment. He's 1/3 me and 2/3 himself (the same goes for Sully and Bryce), but Emmet's 2/3 are very strong-willed.

well...I really think you should do as you desire with your fursonas, I mean, they belong to you one way or another, and the fact that you feel fully comfortable with them, either physically or in their personality/lore, it's key to keep up the interest for developing their stories, adventures, or any silliness you wanna get them into..
.......and yet in the other hand...I would say Emmet's designs feel....so strong and well build up for me that, the idea of any meaningful change on it's design...seems....pretty unnecessary..
