Bare Bones Star Packet
This variant, while initially commissioned by the Minsk, is most likely to be built again for Droyne use once interstellar trade with the humans of Neu Samara becomes more attractive to the Droyne of Uduxsyu. The only difference between the Droyne variant and the Minsk one is the Minsk version will retain one triple missile turret on the port/dorsal side of the ship, beneath the bridge.
While only 1 G, the inclusion of a 5G launch allows for quite a bit of interplanetary exploration while the Packet slowly heads toward its goal, accelerating toward the turnaround point, then decelerating to make orbit of its its target world, refuelling gas giant, or trade station.
Two massive electromagnets are on the back of the Packet to hold the Launch in place, and a fold-up elevator lock raises out of the aft-dorsal to connect to the aft hatch of its ship's boat.
Lanthanum grid lines in the 'tail fins' provide an arcing 'bubble' in the jump field to enclose the launch. Damage to these fins can potentially sheer the launch in half if the ship attempts to jump before repairing them.
