Welcome to the farm is story where Baxter a edgy and rebellious sheep and former human tries to retain his independence despite the controlling environment he finds himself in.
Baxter and the others have their orders taken, Baxter is insistent on having beef on his nachos despite the flocks herbivorous diet.

Then a waitress came to take our orders.
Waitress: "May I take your orders?"
Randy: "Of course maam!"
Waitress: "So I assume that, since your a bunch of weird goat sheep things that you can't eat meat?"
Baxter: "How do you know we can't eat meat, maybaaa, maybe we eat meat all the time!"
Doc: "They don't, this one just likes being stubborn."
Baxter: "As long as your nachos don't have roast mutton I should baa, be fine."
Waitress: "So you'll be having the nachos?"
Baxter: "Yeah."
Waitress: "You want meat on it???"
Baxter: "Yes, I do."
The waitress looked me with a bewildered look and sighed.
Waitress: "Chicken or beef?"
Baxter: "Baa, beef."
Waitress: "Any drink with that?"
Baxter: "A coke please."
The others got their orders taken, Randy ordered guacamole and some tea, Hayley ordered some churros and a cup of coffee, Brandon ordered some quesadillas and some mountain dew, Patrick ordered some burritos and pina colada, The doctor ordered an enchilada and some wine.

It also made me notice, now that I think about it, that blocking the collar may not be a completely "Good" thing, as it has him backsliding with this demand for beef and being a bit of a prick. Fighting the collar, while wearing it may have made him a better person than full-on blocking it xD
Maybe it's the eyes, looks like a very angy sheep boy.
And to be fair, this is a Hypno sheep TF comic. The collar is at least complex, sinister, yet pleasant. Plus I kinda like the aspect of the collar being heavy-handed, but the act of fighting against it could actually lead to a healthy middle ground. Either way, it's got some fun complexity.
