My friend 
greekno has a lot of adorable characters, and this is two(?) of them.
Vanilluxe runs an ice cream shop when they aren't having horny pamp fun (with or without Nidoking). No-Straw usually is the one to initiate the horny antics, with Straw being the one dragged along (though he usually ends up enjoying it anyway). For once, Straw is happy, since he's getting to do what he loves; No-Straw on the other hand is eyeing up the customer~
Said customer is Lickitung! A youngish food-loving lizard who usually ends up diapered somehow (such as right now!) That gut didn't come out of nowhere...
