So for those who don't know, there's a scene in the first Rugrats movie that I believe was cut out of later showings, where Tommy's parents have a dream where Dr. Lipschitz sings a big musical number, while dressed like the picture above. I thought tracing it over with Mervin would be a lot cuter, and I'd say it was!
