He's going to blast someone once this is all over, but I think it's totally worth it :3
Man, this picture was a long time in the making. I started this back when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 came out. Yeah, that long ago. The hands took me forever to get right and with every other picture I had on my to do list it was another picture that got stuck it WIP limbo.
But I'm so glad I was able to finish it, finally doing a tickle picture after so long is so satisfying and the victim being Rocket is a welcome plus.
