Here we have a Birthday Image for; 
Macaronii!
In this Image, we have Romy, one of the leads for their Web Comic, Slumber Town (I highly reccommend you check it out).
Part of their backstory is that their Mother ran a Bakery, which in turn gives them some baking skills, as well as a good nose!
So here we have Romy, and it looks like they made a cake for the occasion!
They're such a good baker, aren't they!?
