You know how it goes, we're just grains of sand on an infinite beach...
and that's what inspired this little crude painting I did! I don't mind being a grain of sand, as long as the grain of sand that is my husband is next to me. I was also inspired by the famous piece "The Starry Night" by Van Gogh!


In almost every painting I do, I include 8 "circular objects" that represent the eyes of those who participated in my near-death experience. (Please do not ask/comment for details. I'm being as vague about it as possible.) And the "stars" are the scary "eyes" and my husband is protecting me from the thoughts of them.

I'm no master, but painting is something I do when I'm depressed or in pain.
I wanted to show off one piece I was satisfied with!
