Basil is my 5th gen pokemon trainer OC. He comes from Driftveil, and has a fascination with psychology, human and pokemon alike. He's also a collector, he only has pokemon that are black and blue, and sometimes he leaves an exception if they have a little pink or red on them.
He's not exactly the most friendly or social of people, but it's more because he tries to analyze things more than just take them as is.
