That is so epic looking! I look forward to seeing how you visualize the idea of skating + paintball.
One small observation for your consideration, I noticed that the bottom character's board is similar to a ripstik which I think is really cool, but I think in order for it to functionally work there needs to be some kind of flexing component between the two wheels.
Even then though, I am concerned that a ripstik would have far less mobility than rollerblades (including if you plan on having the characters use their wings to fly, since rollerblades are attached to the feet but a ripstik isn't).
Nevertheless, if you have a good purpose for it then that takes priority; I just wanted to express that observation. Best wishes!

Oh also it might be good to give them some satchel, waist pouch, or large pockets that they can hold their ammo in. It makes sense to omit those in this cover art for aesthetic purposes, but I think it would be good to include something to explain that, since I can't imagine a game of paintball where everyone only has less than 10 units of ammo (unless scarcity of ammunition is a component of the game they play)
It's still a concept art. I'm still thinking if I could give Romeo a four wheel skateboard instead of a casterboard.
In their world, I am thinking that these microvehicles like rollerskates, rollerblades or skateboards, are invented by Aveons (bird people like Jay) and use their wing arms, back wings and hybrids to propel themselves forward. I'm also thinking of an idea where in this world, ancient Aveon ancestors used to fly but just had it lost when civilizations rises and Mammalian people, together with Saurian (reptile people) and Ampira (amphibian people) took over. (Fish people have their own civilization)
Tho Aveons still have the wish to use their wings to be useful or to fly again, it's why they invented these microtransports and flying machines. Mammalians made their own contributions too like bicycles and cars.
That's what I have as an idea for this.
Also, I was thinking of a paintball race where they are getting their limited ammo on designated checkpoints on their racing routes.
