Leigh: Jango, please tell me you have a plan or two up your sleeves!
Jango: Depends; does running to the car count as a plan?
Leigh: No!
Jango: Alright, then I have one plan!
Been re-watching Cadillacs & Dinosaurs - where only the strong survive! So was inspired to draw Jango & Leigh facing a T-Rex. Well, more like boldly running away from it, but it's all part of a plan. ;)
So, a bit of a side tangent; you know how we've discovered that dinosaurs - seemingly mostly the theropods like T-Rex, Troodons, but also pterosaurs seemingly - have feathers? Well, what if we moving forward, any non-scientific dinosaurs (or dinosaurs not based on current day science) are referred to as dragons?
Sounds stupid, maybe, but have you ever seen a dragon in the real world? No? Cause dinosaurs - or at least, their bones - were the basis of what we know as 'dragons'. And since we don't wanna give up the iconic imagery of giant reptiles in favor of giant birds - creatures which, while we can make educated guests, we still can't fully understand yet - then we might as well fully embrace the fantasy.
