Okay, these will actually be back to back updates because my phone (AKA, the camera) wasn't talking to my computer for a bit, so pictures ended up getting a little back logged.
The Pepakura file is an advanced ODST forearm. Interestingly, it fits quite loosely, but when all the parts come together, I actually like the slightly sloppy look that I'm getting. Everything feels oversized and prototypish (much like some of my actual inventions) which is perfect.
To me, it's got that feel of "I'm just building this to see if I can make everything work. I'll make it pretty later." Which is honestly the case anywho, seeing as this arm/leg are placeholders while I gather the materials to build the actual arm and leg. They'll hopefully be slimmer, and more form fitting. Oh, and where this one is hard edges and access panels. The next one will be curves and lights. (possibly, I admit, the bulky look is growing on me.)

This build was a bit on the tiresome side, because I learned halfway into it that a lot of the folds were redundant. A line for a Valley/Mountain wasn't necessary, because the curve was so small that normal bending accomplished it better.

Ah, I made the mistake of posting whilst tired, so I forgot to cite my source. The Pepakura was provided from the fine folks at the http://www.405th.com . You can find everything from Halo games, to some of the more delightfully obscure, like the Rocketeer. Hopefully you'll find what you're after!
