Master gremlin from Heroes of Might and Magic 5. Some gremlins are awarded senior rank and the ability to command a small squad, this was done to increase combat discipline. Also, the master gremlin is more skilled in engineering and is trusted to repair any mechanisms, even on the battlefield.
P.S. I searched for a long time for the right model of helmet. These were knight helmets, bowls, pots, even saucepans, but I decided that a cylinder model was the best option for this.
