Imparuu became a mix of majin and gourmand (temporarily). Either she accidentally interrupted Aureizza (a tuffle who likes to mess with tech...like the omnitrix for example) or aureizza had some type of goof...or someone didn't learn from ben 10 trying to "hack" the omnitrix for master control (granted in her case she was probably trying to understand more about the device...in a less than safe way).
