I wonder what the story here is. For sure one of those pieces that let's your imagination run with thought! I love pieces like this! So much can be interpreted from something so simple.

Oh I really love this one. Makes one wonder what may be going on !

Both characters expressions really feel "true" if that makes any sense. From the slightly taken aback pose on the left, with a smile that may be genuine or may be polite. The way the eyebrows are tilted and the hands positioned...and the pure excitment on the right that really put a lot of energy forward, leaning in.

Also, the way the light barely shines through the ears and you can see through them the back of their heads/hair ? Absolutely love small details like this one. And their clothes too ? Please ? It's so good ;^;
