Hey y'all!! Sorry I haven't been active at all lately this past two months!! My parents and I took a trip down to Mexico for a 2 to 3 months vacation they like to try to do every year to their home town.

I haven't visited my grandparents house in over 15 years!!! So I figured hey might as well go and have probably one last hoorah together over here lol

I've come to Mexico with my family only when I was a kid, possibly the last time was when I was like 11 or 13?? IDEK.

Then my parents left me and my siblings home alone twice because one family member passed one year over here in Mexico and then another year was another Funeral arrangement for my grandpa. And then I started staying home alone cause I LOVED/ADORED the alone time and privacy!!

Then I adopted my late Kitty Ms. Kitteh, And she was with me for 14 years and I could never leave her alone or trust anyone to watch her for that long so I loved having her as a reason to get to stay home ^^
Then she sadly passed in January 20th of 2023 so I finally had a chance to travel worry free with my folks again.

And I can honestly say......Not For Me Anymore lmao!!
Don't get me wrong, I love hangin with my parents and the warm/hot weather and my older sister even joined us a few weeks later so that was cool too, BUT, it's just sooooooo BORING where we're at!! it's a very small town with literally nothing to do and nowhere to go unless you drive like 15 to 20 minutes away.

Shopping is fun when we go to the bigger towns and cities but it gets pricey and again gotta drive a bit. And there's so much dust and dirt and speed bumps and some pretty bad pollution air and garbage wise.
This isn't all of Mexico it's just my own opinion on where we're staying. But at least now I know it's just not my cup of tea anymore. Also we live by a small cow farm and sometimes pigs and let's just say the air smells very sour sometimes every day X'P

I also got sick three times so that didn't help my mood here, a stomach flu that ravaged the town, a bad case of messed up stomach that kept me in the bathroom 3/4ths of the day and night (luckily saw a Dr. and got meds for it and felt better soon), and to top it off a cold that lasted a week, still clearing my throat every once in a while.

The Internet and phone and TV signals are practically non existent, and don't get me started on trying to find good working "movies" heh

But again this is my current experience so don't let it scare you away from coming here to enjoy its beauty and culture and delicious food and lovely people -^^-

I e hardly been inspired to draw over here cause I've been a mope but I do have some rough sketches Id love to share soon, unfortunately via phone uploads cause no Internet for my laptop!! I even made a small comic of a very short crush I had lol so maybe watch out for that one XD

Anyways, I miss interacting with y'all and can't wait to get back home to my bed and my stuff and my ability to drive alone again!! And American Food!!! I want spaghetti and meatballs and sushi so bad!!! and pancakes and bacon and KFC and Taco bell lmao!! X'D I wanna make my home made nachos and meatloaf again!!

Some of the stuff keeping me sane here is all the adorable street and guard dogs around and shopping in the small and huge markets and again the delicious food that doesn't get me sick lmfao!!
