Alternate version of the TV movie Teen titans : The Judas contract in which Starfire's mission to sabotage the weapons used to brainwash people for easier recruitment into Brother Blood's cult failed and the Tamaran woman was securely bound/gagged and locked in a section of the mansion used for interrogation sessions.
To prevent her escape, her powers were neutralized by the inhibitor necklace making her as vulnerable and powerless as an Earthling woman.
