Alternate version of Phantom spirits episode 12 The ghost thief in which Jonathan Kaisse and his collaborator Howard are real estate agents. They capture ghosts and then use them, in their own interests, to frighten away the potential owners of the houses they want to buy.
Having been tipped off by fellow police inspector Jaz, journalist Lucie Scarfield decided to investigate, posing as a client looking for a house in the forest and discovering that Howard was complicit in Jonathan Kaisse's schemes, she wanted to inform Jaz but didn't have time to complete her phone call because Howard had pulled a gun on her.
Lucie was tied/gagged while waiting to decide what fate the criminal duo would inflict on this snooping journalist.
