Pretty imbalanced if you ask me. This cannot happen. It must take energy from somewhere. Maybe it recycles some of the kinetic energy from the impact? Or is it directly connected to the life energy of its owner (in this case, our cat will not live long)? Ah, maybe the energy comes from somewhere outside? In the first two cases, the “shield generator” must be attached to the wearer’s body. If so, where? The shield is vaguely based on JJBA's "Love Train" ability where attacks will phase through the user.
After the last chapter I changed the appearance of the shield to look more like the Holtzman shield from Dune movie.
