On the bright side Jenna gets to rescue him again to make up for her early exit rescue via twisted paw ... unless she's in danger and Balto needs to rescue her. Steel will pay; that is unless you went for the deleted alternate ending where Steel accidentally hangs himself trying to kill Balto (a la Clayton from Tarzan).
We saw Kaltag earlier in the bound dog series, so only fitting that the series is rounded out by Balto, given that he's another of the iconic characters, though looking as though he's a little flustered here, perhaps having been bound and now finding himself at the mercy of a number of admirers and not quite sure of their intentions, whether he will be subjected merely to chin rubs or even scratched behind his ears incessantly.
