This was at the Fish's Eddy china store in Union Square today, and even though it was a bit pricey, it's a very good plate for pasta. But, of course, the reason I got it was because of the deer.

From what I've seen online, McKinney Roe was the name of a restaurant that had a bit of an up-and-down history in Minneapolis between 2017 and 2020, in the "East Town" area near U.S. Bank Stadium.

That ain't a roe deer, though, not with them antlers and that flag.
