Now that both blimps are finished here's the finished product of both Rocko and Norbert out on a date plutonic/romantic is up to you. But just two friends either way who got into a little mishap with the staff tools of the night clubs and became big round blimps who have been mistaken as beach balls by the crowd who have decided to bop them around as such.
