Abilities: Their tails can inject into a person and pump out a substance that allows them to quite literally drink the victim, or instead begin to drain them of any internal reserves of energy like mana or chi. They can also do this via direct contact with their fingers, and many of those there are. They also have an unseen mouth that has vampiric fangs, so if they get a bite in, they can sup on blood too. Beyond draining/drinking, they can also create webs or goo of sticky dark substances to entrap victims, summon corporeal yet spiritual forms of their past victims to help them hunt current victims, and have an understanding of runic magic to the point he can make power suppressing fields and corrupting lust inducing markings on organic bodies. Last but not least, he can implant progeny into others via a kiss, making a hybrid offspring of him and the host. And of course, he can use his wings to fly, but also has an unnatural ability to remain stealthy and undetected, and notable regenerative processes to the point he can return from what appears to be certain death.

Weaknesses: He is as mortal and killable as anything, but he seems to always come back to life/regenerate, so no known weaknesses so far.

Personality: Cruel, calculating, and hungry. Ryze enjoys the thrill of the hunt with individuals of unique natures, ones with superpowers, or any he deems to be delicious worthy prey. He is a horror movie antagonist in a nutshell, even in a world/setting full of superpowered individuals. But of course, he is also quite perverted.

Background: Ryze appeared out of seemingly nowhere, but his one goal is what drives him. To eat others, gain their powers, and grow stronger. To what end, he does not say, even if there is a reason at all.
