Someone moved in town. Meet Elke! She is Winnie's mother from Germany. Once an owner of the best brewery in the Germans, now retired and has moved to Dogville to be with her daughter, but to get away from her now ex-husband who she just divorced back home. When is comes to fateful, Elke is one with a heart of gold, but she is no push over ether. Oh and seems she and Dally's mother Alice are starting to get along as friends. She is now hoping to spend her days living in peace in her new home with a new fresh start.
