Anther dog for my list is General von Stollen from Fuga: Melodies of Steel (C) Cyber Connect.
Fun fact: This character really gets tied up during the plot of the seconf Fuga game - without the gag unfortunately, he is only threaten to be gagged and is really upset because of that.

With Eternal's recent avatar as a caninu Berman from Fuga Melodies of Steel, General von Stollen makes for another worthy addition to the bound dogs series, and a character who gets canonically bound is always fun to see as well. Reading up on him, seems he was one of the main villains but eventually did eventually reform after his period of captivity.
He does look rather sympathetic here, I think with his drooping ears and his eyebrows do give him that sort of grandfatherly air, though I imagine here his concern is perhaps whether the gag might end up ruffling up his beard when it's finally removed.
