Great work! I thought you've forgotten his whistle at first, cause the little chain was missing. Then I realized: A dog has probably far too sensitive ears for that and his barking should be loud enough to alarm his colleagues anyway! What medal is that, by the way? The King George V Police Coronation Medal from 1911?
