He stood on the battlefield, the Marines just stared in awe as he dropped the last foe.
That wasn't even the weapon he started with.
They wondered how he managed it.
Not a scratch on him that they could see.
These guys really were invincible.
He didn't smile but he led them into battle with an almost righteous fury.
And they followed, emboldened by his actions.
He saved them wherever he could and wreaked hell when any of them would fall.Every engagement had left its mark, every battle had its trophy, every fight had its losers even if they got a claw or two in him.
He knew their weapons better than they did.
When they tried to take his sight, he slaughtered them all.
His eye replaced, the golden glint from the implant made them fear the gaze from 'The Goldeye Monster'.
He heard their stories as they talked about the light in the dark that would come for them.
He almost found it amusing to sneak up on the storyteller, see the fear in their eyes before he snapped their neck and blasted them with their own weapons.
If they found him if they trapped him, his laugh was enough to make them flee in terror.Anthony is me
