rabbi-tom, knowing me to be generally an American history buff, but also specifically an editorial cartoon buff, gave me a t-shirt similar to the one depicted here, taken from a circa 1902 editorial cartoon. Likely from "Judge," given that it's very pro-Roosevelt and in full colour (thus knocking out "Puck," which tended to be Democratic). Memo to self: wear at MFM '24.
