Here the artist has the power to make any OC mouse for a day, he asked for a ref sheet and verbal details of the character's personality, I told him that my buizel Duncan is dissatisfied with buizel being so underpowered and is always trying to improve his lot in battle but the rules of Pokemon simply don't allow it so far. This was the result.
