Capcom didn't learn their lesson with Woodman and they quickly gave us Hardman.

This was a hard one to do since each frame is made of sprites which can be repeated, flipped over, and flipped upside down or both. It was a struggle and I still think he looks worse than the other bosses in the game. He never walks or runs. He only jumps and crashes into the ground headfirst.
