Kilroy Shaw is a 28 year old stage magician currently living in Century City, Oregon. Among his other achievements he is also a trained user of The Spin.
His stand CATS is a colony-type stand comprised of a few dozen cats, of each of which can open a small portal that connects to any other portal made by the other cats.
He's been building his magic career on the back of the supernatural powers of his stand and The Spin, held back mostly by bad marketing on his part.
