I should start with what this guy is. This is a Sirian. (Not to be mistaken for the blue human aliens that have the same name.) They're a race of scaly alien dogs from the planet Sirius. And appears in Power Ranger S.P.D one being Anubis Cruger. If you'd love to know more here’s a link to the Fandom page spoilers there's not much info.

let me just say I personally dislike this base and I plan to redesign it but not before I get rid of this guy.
