For Sulley, the wolf scientist used a serum containing a sample of a substance called "Load-Increasing Gravity Molecular-Apprehender" (LIGMA). The source of it was an uncharted island named""Nomanisan Island, owned by a supervillain who pretended to become a superhero.

Sulley can stretch and inflate his body, reaching every size he wishes. He can blowing sticky bubbles too, making them heavier and turning them into increasing-sized, catching spheres; they're really useful for catching criminals, but he's still learning to use them properly.
