Yup he made a functional bolter and yes those guns are freaking huge, Slick is a 5'6'' (1.67 meters) 168 pounds (76.2 kg) super human, still I am not sure is that big... it might be bigger, because one thing in the Warhammer 40k universe is true, Bigger means Better (except when it doesn't).
