I mean what else do you do when you have spare mushrooms, and your mother gives you even more mushrooms that you don't know what to do with? You haven't even figured out what to do with the mushrooms you already had! My mom's the best
Recipe
400g Sliced Mushrooms
5 Cloves / Minced Garlic
25g Butter
25ml Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1. Put your pan on medium heat. Add the Oil and Butter.
2. Add the Mushrooms when the Butter starts to sizzle. Spread them out and sprinkle salt over the top to draw the moisture out of the Mushrooms.
3. Give it a good stir every minute, make sure all the Mushrooms get some time at the bottom of the pan and aren't just sitting on the top. After a few minutes they'll shrink down and space won't be such an issue anymore.
4. Keep stirring until the moisture is almost completely evaporated. Then add the Garlic and stir it in. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to finish it off.
