I did actually get two relaxation CDs in California that claim to be scientifically designed to help me sleep. While they definetly work, it does bug me that I can only hear the first track. :P

They don't make them sleep fastly, the make them sleep <i>quickly</i>. *Sorry, grammar Nazi.* I'm not entirely sure why it works, maybe because so many people associate dolphins with calm, shimmering oceans and that relaxes them. SOMEBODY SHOULD DO A RELAXATION CD OF SHARK NOISES! Just to see what it's like!
