Samantha Learning Nagivation
Samantha's grandparents take her and other grandchildren on long treks through the wilderness, teaching them all the skills they will need to do so on their own someday.
Here we see Samantha practicing her navigational skills. No GPS here, just a map and compass. Her grandparents make sure that they don't end up somewhere dangerous, but otherwise it is up to her to determine where they need to go. She still has lots of learning to do, but she is getting better with every trip.
