A warm pleasant day awaits our tranversing heroes. The sun grants a promise, the day awaits. Smiles and the pure green of substance. Taking life by the claws with nothing but.. their bare.. uhm.. claws.
There're also balloons, one of them being a Calico balloon. So, that makes an extra delighted Aufurfoxache and xandy. The colours are a bit soft and smudgy, I guess there's only so much pencil I can load onto a sketchbook page. The air is actually blue, not beige! Believe it!

Heart melted. Shade, you are fantastic. This picture of me and my bestest paw friend is absolutely delightful. Everything's warm, fuzzy and friendly from the colors to the lines to the composition to the subject. Thank you so so much for this. Aww, I'm happy you like it so much! Despite my limited skills, I put quite a lot of effort into it, focussing on the things I know I can do at least decently, I'm glad to hear it paid off! Maybe you'll see it in person some day, it's better with blue sky! :3

But seriously. I've never seen the back of Xandy look so beautiful before! I love how my tail curls round Aufur's leg.And I love how we're showing paws, and how Calico snook into the background there :3 I think you should be a balloon too!! Although I do love how the colour of the balloon is his mane, such a good idea :D This is delightful <3

*Laughs.* You're so welcome! I loved drawing this.. it took four sessions, but still! I'm glad you like the balloon idea, that's kind of why I kept it at one balloon critter, actually. When I considered also putting myself in I thought 'oh, how selfish, if I do that I should put in him, and her..' and so on. It'd just clutter the picture. But yeah, enjoy the paws. :3
