Itazura Tenshi, 悪戯天使, is a 1984 arcade title by Nichibutsu. You play an angel with the task to draw out constellations in the night sky. While you fly around and connect the stars, you'll run into enemies (saucers, demons, crabs) that not only try to kill you, but they also try to screw up your hard work. What's an arcade game without romance? There are hearts that fly around periodically that you can use and shoot arrows at, making the heart disperse into little pieces. This is important, as it speeds up the process of finishing a single constellation. After drawing every single constellation, you get a small bonus game where you must run into your lover's arms. Yep! That's pretty much the game! It's an addictive game with easy mechanics with difficult gameplay.

Oh yeah! Save an astronaut and you get an extra life!
