(COMMISSION) Sapphire Character Design
Commission for my friend 
Noratcat of a dragon character design for him - his Enchanted Forest Chronicles OC Sapphire in her younger and older self. :D
She is the wife of the character I designed a bit ago, and she used to a princess that was turned into a dragon, but while she grows up to become the Merchant Queen, she isn't AS opulent or flashy as her husband, only wearing a small amount of jewellery compared to her husband. :)
