What is a sparkle wolf without a sparkle badge?
Ever since we got our suits made we have been called sparkle wolves. I am fine with that. xD I figured one of my Sparkle badges would match Khams suit and since I already have one it's only right he has one too.

To answer your question; a sparkle wolf without a sparkle badge is a sparkle wolf who just doesn't sparkle as much as they could.
