A Way of Remebrance -Gift-
As some of you know we lost a close family member a few weeks ago. Her name was Luci and she was one of the coolest dogs ever. In fact, since her departure our yard has not been safe ever since. My little Min Pin Scrappy got into a fight with a Raccoon last Sunday. He was barely bitten, thanks to his purple jacket he had on. If Luci was still around this would have never happened. My dad had to shoot the coon for fear his had rabies. Now Scrappy is healing and we are hoping he hasn't caught a disease. Thankfully he was up to date on his rabies shot.
Anyways, I drew this for my sister for her birthday (March 8th). I put a pawprint that we took of Luci and moms idea was to add some of her fur, so I did that too. The matte was custom cut by me and this was framed and given to my sister. She loved it

Thank you so much Zar. I remember the feelings that flooded through me the moment they put her to sleep. It was horrible. Yet yesterday my mom and I butchered a little rooster that attacked one of our friends and I didn't even blink an eye. Funny how onw animal affects you compared to another one. (The rooster was our friends' not ours but he was super cute.)
