Felt like drawing Pandora, an old OC from a Legend of Spyro fanfic I wrote in 2010. She's Malefor's mate and Spyro's mother, and while she honestly didn't get as much development as she could have, considering she was in a story from when I was still learning how to write, I still like her. She's strong-willed and fun, not afraid to stand up to Malefor, and after all the events of the LoS trilogy, she got in contact with her boy Spyro and got to know him, and became part of his life. And when Malefor returned twenty years after his defeat, humbled and his will broken, he decided to give up on what he thought was his destiny and seek out his old mate. After promising her he would never hurt her again, she welcomed him back into her life and happily introduced him to Spyro and their grandkids.

Back when I originally drew her in 2010 she didn't have the purple splotches but I felt like they were fitting, so I went ahead and added them. The original colored drawings of her disappeared from deviantART in an update, so. I just referenced my old uncolored sketches that were still up. Her colors were easy enough to remember, basically Spyro's but with red scales. My logic was always that Spyro likely had a fire dragon parent, and could have been a fire dragon himself if not for fate making him purple instead. Fire was the first element he figured out, after all. So that's why Pandora's a fire dragon :D
