Whilst Amanda is a superhero-in-training, she hasn't fully mastered the art of flying freely as her race is capable of. Lotorians not only have to find the skill, but they also need to hone it, especially in a gravity not native to them.
It is for this reason that S.T.R.I.P.E.S Research Team have developed unique diapers for Amanda so that in an emergency situation she is able to land safely without the assistance of her teammates.
These diapers have been specially augmented with a special compound that'll only activate with a specific chemical. It is able to distinguish between that and anything else Amanda intentionally (or unintentionally) gets in them.
She is equipped with a few spare diapers in her backpack along with a couple of hydro-bombs codenamed: UPSY-0520's. When these are activated, they're placed in the diaper and upon detonation activate the special compound that blows the diaper up like a balloon, ensuring that Amanda will have a safe landing upon reaching the ground with minimal damage.
