The band of heroes found themselves traveling into the den of a Wind God's loyal servant. This servant however was having his power amped by a massive crystal the god gifted to him! It was going to take a strong combined effort in order to defeat him or destroy the tower!
And effort that...quite soundly failed. The incredible speed and reflexes of the cat became too much for the heroes, who quickly found themselves being struck from various sides by hard balls of compressed air! Once one of them found themself completely disoriented from the blows, they would find a large maw engulfing them! One by one, each of them were struck all over before being gulped down!
With a triumphant sigh, the servant gives his very rounded belly a few pats before casually walking next to the crystal. A smile on his face as he figuratively looks up at his god, by the medium of the crystal. After a bit, he would flop down next to it and chuckle to himself as he watches his belly continue to squirm about. The heroes' continued struggles only serving to amuse and pleasure their foe now!

I like this. Seeing characters go on adventure. Sure they failed, but there's probably more adventures to be seen.
Rough party setup for this fight. Radarn and Nonine are food so much that the boss eating them is a free action and ends up getting a bonus turn for each nom.
