This is my idea to if he became a reccuring villain. But issue is it's easier to draw his defeats than figure out schemes for him to commit.
On that note it probably wouldnt have been a good idea to have him squished at that point. He was still inside the head when it happend, it would've been MUCH too.. Slasher, visually XD

I can see your point. What can a villain, who's not only able to direct roaches, but is a roach himself, do besides make the other roaches overrun stuff?
And...Idk if I have anything to say about that one. I mean, obviously you wouldn't want to draw him with his insides everywhere
