It is acting, you play as a prey or a pred and get to eat or be eaten by your partner. If you go to those chats, you will have a fairly good example what vore roleplaying is.

You can rp in forums, chats or instant messenger. How do you roleplay? I think again the best for you is to go in a chatroom and see. If you have an Eka's account, it might be simpler to log into it. Yumchat is still a good alternative.
