Newtwo, happy with its host and creator safely tucked in, set out to pursue what Lovianne had set out to do, creating more suits of legendary Pokemon, but decided to go a little differently about it. It decided to turn toward plush suits, making them more imposing and outlining the idea of turning their host more into simple "stuffing" having no control.
It needed to choose what to make first and its mind drifted toward shadow Lugia, but it decided to make it with a twist to better lure in its victim...
